Inside Real Estate Links BoldTrail CRM to ChatGPT and Claude
BoldTrail MCP connects the real estate platform to leading AI assistants via open protocol, letting agents manage contacts and tasks through conversation.
Inside Real Estate has launched BoldTrail MCP, a new integration that connects its BoldTrail platform to widely used artificial intelligence assistants including ChatGPT and Claude, the Murray, Utah-based company announced Monday.
The product is built on the open Model Context Protocol, a technical standard that allows external applications to communicate directly with large language models. Through the integration, real estate agents can manage contacts, schedule appointments, assign tasks, and trigger follow-ups simply by issuing natural-language requests inside whichever AI assistant they already rely on daily.

The launch reflects a broader push by real estate technology companies to embed workflow automation deeper into tools agents use outside dedicated CRM interfaces. Rather than requiring agents to log into a separate platform, BoldTrail MCP surfaces the platform's data and functions within AI environments agents already inhabit, lowering friction in day-to-day operations.
By adopting an open protocol rather than building proprietary connectors, Inside Real Estate is positioning BoldTrail to remain compatible with emerging AI assistants as the market for agent-based software continues to expand rapidly. The move signals growing competition among proptech vendors to claim space inside the AI-native workflows that are reshaping how salespeople manage pipelines.
