Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Bee Chun Boo as a shareholder, reinforcing its mergers and acquisitions and private equity capabilities across Asia, the firm announced Sept. 30 from Tokyo.
Boo brings more than 28 years of experience handling M&A and private equity transactions throughout the Asia region, making her one of the more seasoned practitioners to join the firm in recent memory. Her addition signals a continued push by major international law firms to deepen bench strength in Asian markets at a time when cross-border deal activity remains a strategic priority for multinational clients.
