FINATRADES Launches Three Products to Close Trade Finance Gap
Swiss fintech FINATRADES introduces FINABRIDGE, FINASWAP, and RPAY to tackle the $2.5 trillion global trade finance shortfall.
Geneva-based financial technology firm FINATRADES Finance SA has unveiled three new products aimed at narrowing a $2.5 trillion global trade finance gap, the company announced in November 2026. The suite — FINABRIDGE, FINASWAP, and RPAY — targets businesses seeking more flexible tools for cross-border commerce.
FINABRIDGE is designed to provide import and export financing, giving businesses access to working capital tied to international trade transactions. FINASWAP addresses cross-border payment challenges, while RPAY introduces a commodity-based settlement mechanism, rounding out what the company describes as an integrated platform for trade finance needs.

The $2.5 trillion figure reflects a persistent shortfall in available financing for global trade, a gap that has disproportionately affected small and mid-sized enterprises in emerging markets. FINATRADES is positioning its new offerings as a flexible alternative to traditional bank-led trade finance, which has faced tightening credit conditions in recent years.
The Geneva headquarters places FINATRADES within a well-established hub for international finance and commodities trading, which may lend the firm regulatory credibility as it scales its platform across multiple jurisdictions. The company has not disclosed specific pricing, partnerships, or target markets beyond the broad scope of import-export and cross-border settlement use cases.
